Fall/Winter Schedule 2007-2008 Ice

September 4, 2007 to April 2008 (Iorio-Walpole)

We are continuing with our card system this year. Skaters must buy a coupon card for the desired number of hours, closest to the approximate number of sessions you expect to skate. Below is the list of dates and times of our ice sessions. PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS AND CREDITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED. ALL UNUSED ICE-TIME ON A CARD AT THE END OF THE SEASON (4/30/2008) WILL BE FORFEITED.

Day Location Time Hrs/Session Coupon Card Units
Tuesday Walpole 8:10 p.m.- 9:40 p.m. 1 ½ hours 3
Thursday Walpole 7:20 p.m.- 8:50 p.m. 1 ½ hours 3
Saturday* Walpole 5:10 p.m. - 6:10 p.m. 1 hours 2
    6:20 p.m. - 7:50 p.m. 1 ½ hours 3

Card Purchase Program
All skating members will buy one or more cards for their ice time.
  • All skaters must show their card to the gatekeeper to check-in prior to skating at any session. We expect this will simplify keeping track of who has paid for ice-time and make it fair for everyone.

  • Skating club members need to buy a minimum of one 25 hour card. Members may purchase additional increments as needed.

  • Installment payments can be arranged for card purchases of 25 hours or more, beginning with a minimum payment in September. Contact Dan Ott or Russell Curtis to discuss what the club can make available. However, please note that if your card is used up before the last installments are paid, the expired card must be paid off before a new card will be sold.

  • Unused portions of coupon card are not refundable, and will expire 4/30/08 (APRIL 30, 2008). Coupon cards are not transferable and may only be used by the BSSC member purchaser or by an immediate family member (who is also a club member) of the purchaser. New, first year (to our club) skaters may purchase a 15 hour coupon card.

  • Cards will show ½ hour block increments. The above schedule illustrates how the designated gatekeeper will check blocks on the cards at each session. Skaters will be charged the full unit rate if they arrive late or leave early.

  • Family cards will admit all members of an immediate family (brothers/sisters/parents). All members must check in with the gatekeeper before skating.
